Wear it Red

Take part in this annual fundraiser held, around April or May, when people Wear it Red. It's simple - simply wear something red – a ribbon, socks or dress head to toe - and donate £1 to Playskill. If you'd like to suggest a school or group who we could approach to take part, please get in touch by email.

Schools

Is your child’s school looking to support a local charity? Or do you work at a school and want to show your support. There are so many ways you can fundraise for us, dress down days, fun events or even the school’s chosen charity of the year. We’ve got loads of ideas so get in touch to find out more.

Community groups

Are you part of a local community group - a Rotary, WI or Lions groups and looking for speakers? We love to get word of our work out in the local community and are happy to come and talk about the work we do. If you would like to book us to talk, please email us to confirm availability.

Fundraising through local groups

If your local group would like to support with fundraising or volunteering we have many opportunities such as bag packs at Christmas, or helping out with stalls at local fairs. Or perhaps you are putting on a local event and would like to raise funds through it for Playskill. Contact us today to talk through your ideas.

Tea and coffee mornings

A great way to show your support is to host a Tea or Coffee morning. Get baking and sell your slices to your friends and family. Or to make it more interesting why not host you own Bake Off competition and charge people to enter! Remember to let us know what you are up to and we can support you with your event.

Playskill raffle

We run raffles throughout the year and are always looking for prize sponsors or donations. Or you can buy or sell tickets to your friends and be in with the chance of winning a great prize. Sign up for our mailing list to hear about future raffles.

Fundraising ideas

There are many other ways you can show your support for Playskill if none of the above work for you. Perhaps a bake sale, a sponsored head shave, sponsored silence or donations in lieu of gifts.
